Back from missed m/c follow up appt

My missed m/c was confirmed on 3/29 and I went in the OB office today to discuss "options." There was some confusion as the doctor who did the u/s noted in my file that we discussed and I was agreeable to a D&C.  This was farthest from the truth as we never even discussed options.

Anyway, my OB practice has 2 options.  Wait and let nature take it's course or have a D&C.  The OB reviewed with my the risks involved with a D&C including fertility problems therefore I decided to wait and let nature take it's course. They are giving it 3 weeks and if at that point I still haven't m/c then we will move forward with a D&C.  I've been spotting (very lightly) on and off for a week and had some minor cramping so I'm hoping nature will do it's thing.

I also spoke to the OB about testing since this is my 3rd consecutive loss.  I discussed how my cycles have been a little out of wack since I had DS#2 (4 yrs ago).  I went from Oing on CD12-14 and then AF on CD 30, to Oing on CD19-21 and still getting AF on CD 29-30.  She thinks it's a hormone imblance but says further testing will let them know for sure. Of course we can't do any of that I actual m/c and my levels return to zero.

So I'm waiting...I wish it would happen soon; I'm ready to move past this.
