3 hr long nap?

This is a good thing...right? She took like a 30 min nap this morning, so I figure it's just evening out...

My Lo usually takes a 1-3 hour nap 2 hours after getting up and then a shorter nap, sometimes only 30 min- and hour later on in the day. The second nap depends on the length of her first nap but is usually around 3.
