What did you do for bedrest

Hi ladies - popping over from TTTC.  I'm currently on bedrest from my ET yesterday and I know there is a lot of diff. recommendations.  What did your ER recommend?  Mine says 24 hours and mine will be up at 3pm today.  I really want to go out to dinner with my DH tonight to get out of the house, but he's nervous that it's "too much".  I feel totally fine with getting out of the house after 24 hours - tell me I'm not the only one.

My clinic doesn't put anyone on bedrest after ET....we went out to lunch after my first ET and then took it easy the rest of the afternoon; after the second transfer, we.....honestly I don't remember, i think we came home and had lunch here, but....

You should be fine to go out.

Mine says rest day off/day after transfer.  My ET is tomorrow and I plan on resting until Tuesday or Wednesday.

I wouldn't want to go and run a marathon or anything, but something peaceful like dinner sounds like it would be fine after your 24 hours is up. I was insanely anxious to get out of the house after I was let of strict bedrest a couple of weeks ago. Change of scenery and a nice relaxing meal might be really good for you.

For my bedrest I just took it easy. I wasnt literally in bed all day, as that isn't healthy. I just did stuff around the house, regular chores and watched tv.

My doc was not so strict about bedrest. ?I think dinner would be fine. ?I just took it easy for a few days
