pecorino romano safe?

is pecorino romano safe for milk protein allergy since it is sheep's milk? this would make me so happy if it is safe. i miss sprinkling my pasta w/ cheese

It might be. My DD has milk protien intolerance and I eat goat cheese with no problems. So its worth a shot.

I tested positive for a cow's milk allergy, but can have sheep and goat milk products without a problem.  It should be fine, though!  Also, I was told that harder cheeses are often easier to digest for those of us with this allergy, though I can't remember why now!
