It killed my knees. They will never, ever be the same. I didn't have great knees before, but now sometimes I can't even walk myself up the stairs without twinges.
I am only about 3 pound heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight, but maybe it was the 40 pounds I gained that did me in...

Re: what did pregnancy do to you?
I now suffer from "smushy tushy."
That should be the least of my problems, right?!
Hear hear! The boobs will never be the same, I'm sad to say. I started noticing a few strands of grey towards the end of the pregnancy, which makes me sad, as I really don't feel like having to color my hair lately.
My back is killing me, but I think that's probably more a side effect of carrying around the baby.
My poor feet! I think they got wider and flatter thanks to the 50+ lbs I packed on!! I also have a bit of the csection apron belly. Sexy.
Grew my feet! I used to be a size 8 shoe size before I had my son, and after two kids, I am now a size 10!!
It also widened my hips, but I kind of like it.
The most annoying thing is that my hips widened. Not terrible, but I already had wipe hips. I lucked out in the stretch mark department- only have a few on my lower belly. Worst result of pregnancy is that I still have trouble with the hemorrhoids I got while pushing. TMI- they've shrunk a LOT, but one still bothers me. I also leak pee sometimes. Why, God, why?! LOL.
I was wondering how to politely say that about my new norm ... LOL - that's it. I'd heard you are never the same pp, but I didn't expect that.

1- stretch marks
2- saggy boobs. I used to love my boobs now I hate them. They look floppy
3- I am not to far off of my PP weight but my hips are wider so all my pants still dont fit.
4- TMI- my poop is different. Hard to explain but it is different.
5- I can't do any physical activity without peeing.
6- I have almost no desire to have sex.
I still can't lie on my side in bed for long periods of time, my hips kill me.
And for whatever reason, I cannot eat spicy food. I don't get heartburn or anything, I just have no desire for it and think it's gross now. Which makes me sad, because I love gumbo. Or did.
ETA. I guess I am getting off easy. I'm sorry some of you all are having a really sucky time post-baby
