.... and it was tough. I almost teared up. It brought a bunch of memories back of when I was shopping for Haleigh. I am pushing myself to acknowledge that this is real. I felt the baby move 3 days ago (I guess it is true that you feel it sooner the second time). I have really tried to not allow myself to get attached to the baby, but I think it is time that I stop - especially that now I am feeling the baby.
I have always felt that without a shadow of a doubt that this baby is a boy. So, I bought a really cute overall set- looks like a train conductors (light and tight blue stripes) that came with a cute brick red color shirt, a teal colored incredibly soft blanket and found $1.50 jeans - so bought two different sizes.
I don't think I will buy much more for a while. No pun intended, but I need to make baby steps - and this was a BIG step for me...

Yay, I love this post! That overall outfit sounds absolutely adorable. I'm glad you are taking the plunge and getting attached...it was bound to happen sooner or later, but with your experience I totally get why it is incredibly scarey. Way to be brave!
That's awesome, Roxy!
(And I'm totally jealous that I'm ahead of you and haven't felt a thing!)
