Book to log diapers/food for 1st 3 months???

I know i have seen a past post on here about a book that several of you ladies have bought to log diaper changes, food intake etc. for multiples for the first few months.  Unfortunately i cannot find the piece of paper on which i wrote the website.  Can i blame it on pregnancy brain??  Anyway...i would greatly appreciate the name/website again.  TIA!

I didn't buy a specific book- I just used a spiral bound notebook of graph paper. I split it down the middle with a sharpie and then put each babies name on the top of one side. Then I made a column for date, time, diaper and amount taken during feeding and then there was also a spot of meds b/c they were on iron. After a while I got rid of that column and I would just highlight the feeding where they also got their iron. This is what worked for me and it was wicked cheap... just a few bucks. We didn't use the entire notebook so I plan on using the same book for when this baby comes home.   Even though this is just one baby it might help save my sanity since I'll be taking care of 3...lol.

The LC at our hospital gave us a twin feeding log sheet.  It was very helpful and we just stopped using it this past month.  Maybe you can ask the LC at the hospital?
