Medela PISA Sheild Size

I have the PISA Metro Bag and I'm fairly sure the sheilds are too small.  Does anyone know what size they are so I can buy larger ones?  any advice on sizing the sheilds?

nevermind... found it... they are 24 mm.

when i was in the hospital, the lactation consultant told me that if your nipple touches the sides of the shield during pumping, it's too small. she said they are rarely too big, so I would probably start with the biggest one.

Yep, they are 24 - I think the next size up is 27 and those worked great for me.

What ever you do, don't use sheilds too small.  I did and it caused blisters all over my nipple.  Very bad.
