Yay!!! 13.4 week appt

Yesterday I had my 2nd midwife appointment, and we FINALLY got to HEAR our little baby.

It took her a moment to find baby, and I could barely breath in tormented anticipation. Apparently baby was not impressed with us invading the sound waves because baby kept jumping away from the doppler.  THAT is a VERY active baby, the midwife told us about 4 times !

Now I have to figure out how to call up the friends and family that I`ve been suspiciously avoiding for the past 2 months.  I feel bad about some of the people i`ve ignored returning calls, but I didn`t know what to say to them till we were ready to tell :S Anybody else get themselves in this predicament?

Congrats on a great appointment!  Sounds like you need to head on over to 2nd Trimester!  Enjoy, and I wish you a Happy and Healthy 6 more months!
