how do you fold to PnP's?

Ok I am an idiot apparently.  I can not get this damn thing to fold down.  Help?

On mine, I have to pull the cord thing on the bottom first and kind of fold it before I fold down the sides? Maybe yours is like that too?

I can get the center just fine but its the sides.  I can get them to fold down into a 'V' but that is it.

the bottom floor part of mine has directions  does yours?

The floor should have directions? You should just pull the loop, then to collapse the sides, squeeze the release button and pull up, then push down. You have to pull up with the release button held down first.
