placenta previa question

have any of you had placenta previa when you were caring your twins? just found out today I have it when i was at my cervical lenght check. Just curious if the complications are higher risk with twins?

i had one but it resolved by 18 weeks. you're still early and have plenty of time for it to migrate. but if it doesn't you will have to have a c section

I had a partial previa and marginal previa at 18 weeks, but by 22 weeks both placentas had moved.

well thats good to hear. I was already needing to have a c section so that doesnt bother me. I hope it does move I dont want anymore compilcations than what I already have.

I had a partial previa discovered at 16 weeks. I did have some complications from it, 2 episodes of bleeding that landed me in the hospital. I was on pelvic rest and limited activity until it resolved around 24 weeks.

Did your doctor put you on pelvic rest? I would take it easy, you don't want to have any bleeding as that can lead to other complications. Good luck!

I had partial previa with my girls at 14 weeks.  Moved and was fine by 18.  You still have plenty of time.
