what medicine do you take for allergies? I've been trying not to take anything but I'm really suffering lately...my doctor recommended I try claritin, that is what I take normally when I'm not pregnant. Just curious if anyone else is taking claritin or what other medicine others might be taking.

I've been taking claritin since about week 17, it's the only thing that will work for me, it's a total lifesaver!

My list shows that Zyrtec, Claritin & Benadryl are safe.

I've taken Zyrtec & Benadryl.  Claritin does nothing for me.

Doc told me Benadryl up to 50 mgs. I take them not for allergies, but to help me sleep. For the last month I have been an insomniac, so not like me.

I took Claritin and Benadryl. Both are fine.
