Cramping worse at night?

I have had some mild cramping since I found put I was pregnant. But lately it has been worse at night. Last night I woke up and my cramps where the worst they have been but went away once I was up and walking around. I haven't spotted or seen any blood but should I be worried?

Re: Cramping worse at night?

  • I had the exact same thing last night. No spotting either. It was the worst cramps I've had so far and they woke me up twice. I'm having such a hard time not reading into everything.

  • I had bad cramping (night especially) and it happened from wk 4-13! Drinks lots of wtaer during the day , it really does help.....there is hope! GL ladies! Just remember, it's scary BUT (as long as there's no bleeding) it's a sign that things are growing & stretching! Very normal!

  • Trust me I know how you feel.. I don't want to be one of those paranoid 1st time moms.
  • I get it worse at night too. Scary, but I'm trying to believe as Megroons says, lots of stretching that has to take place :) I'm trying to reprogram my thinking that it is a healthy sign as long as it isn't severe or have blood.

  • You aren't the only one, no worries.  I am in week 11 and still have cramps.  Mine are worse at night too for some reason.  Hang in there!  It's all worth it.
  • All my symptoms are worse at night...nausea, bloating, cramping (although, it's mild at night...but nothing during the day), and sore boobs. It's like I'm pregnant at night, but not so much during the day. :)
