Anyone adopting using Reece's Rainbow?

As you can see from my post below, my husband and I are considering adoption for our second child.  Our son has special needs and I have recently been looking at Reece's Rainbow.  The little girl that I am drawn to is in Russia, Region 15.  Just looking for some insights.  Thank you!

    Nice to "see" you around here. We adopted a little girl with special needs 2 years ago. We'd browsed Reese's Rainbow quite a bit, but ended up finding out about a child who was more local who we were very drawn to for multiple reasons.

    And now I have just spent the last hour or so looking through all the waiting children...
    Foster parents turned adoptive parents :)
    Adoptive daughter born 08/07/13... growing so fast
    BM due again end of March 2015 so any day!
