I think more along the lines of dirty adult joke than "baby girl." I got that it means baby girl but it's definitely not what I first think of. 

Just wondering if i'm alone here or if it's kinda gross/tacky.

But pink taco =/= baby girl in my book.

pink taco = vagina

 

(...and, by extension, not really something I wanna think of re: baby.  Yeah, I know we tell baby boys from baby girls by their genetalia, but there's a reason that the public normally does it via the pink or blue "it's a boy" "it's a girl" "it's a hermaphridite" stickers :-))
