Do you "feel" anything in your ovaries while on stims?

Usually during a normal cycle prior to ovulation I can feel some tingly sensations on either sides of my body near my ovaries. Do you feel anything in your ovaries while on stims to let you know that your body is responding or not? I know I'm only on day 2 of stims but so far I feel nada, zilch, squat. Just curious what others have experienced.

Yep, I had a lot of pain towards the end of my last IVF and yesterday, day 4 of Stims they started to ping and pang at me. I feel ok today but I know it will only get worse. This time I am different Stims and coming off a natural cycle so I know it will be different, maybe even a shorter time on Stims.

Updated: starting to feel bloated and that I am sitting on my ovaries when I sit down. Just pressure really, not really pain.

I had 17 eggs retrieved but never felt anything while stimming. I felt little cramps in them after retrieval but nothing before.

Yes, but probably not until day 4 or 5. I was quite uncomfortable closer to ER.

Oh yeah! I was bloated and felt like my ovaries were the size of softballs. I started feeling it around day 4. They still feel huge the day after retrieval.

This was how I felt on a natural start antagonist cycle. On Long Lupron, it took me longer to feel uncomfortable because the suppression slowed down the growth.

During my IUI/injects cycle, I just felt little twinges here and there, nothing major. I did only have one mature follicle that cycle though. During my IVF cycle, I don't remember too much twingy-ness, but I started to get pretty uncomfortable around Day 5 of stims. I just felt bloated. By ER, my ovaries actually felt painful, and the bloating was pretty bad. I'm now 1dp3dt, and I have little cramps, but I'm not sure if they are just my ovaries getting back to normal or my uterus. GL!

I have endo and have always felt a twinge that I describe to y DH as a feeling like running water over a burn, on stims that is magnified by 10 (past IUI and this IVF). Holy he!! pain for me, but I don't think that it is all that normal, just my crappy body.

Every cycle is different. Some girls do not feel anything. Sometimes I did and sometimes I didn't. The times when I felt a lot I actually had zero growth and the times I didn't is when I was suprised by all of the activity.

my BF who has done 6 IVF's always talks to me about how uncomfortable and such she was during stimming. For Me I have really never felt that much, I am DOR so have less follicles than most women my age (32). BUt i really think it is a per person situation. Just dont over think it.

I didnt feel anything in my ovaries until day 3...I remember going into my REs office for my day 4 ultrasound and telling him that there was a party going on in there...sure enough, I had 15-20 follicles developing. By day 7 I was really really uncomfortable and by ER I was beyond uncomfortable...turns out I had 25 mature eggs. Good luck but dont panic if you dont feel anything either...everyone is different.

Yes. My ovaries definitely felt sore but not for maybe 4-5 days after I started stimming. By the end I felt uncomfortable going for a walk because the "jarring" that occurred every time my foot landed hurt my ovaries. I felt relieve immediately after ER. GL to you!
