my teeth :(

i know the dentist is practically a no go while pg? i feel a couple cavities coming in, and im afraid they could turn into infection. do u think i could get any work done, or has anyone while pg??

A no-go??? Of course you can go!!!! I go tomorrow for a cleaning and 2 cavities! (i think im about 6 weeks) You are supposed to go every 6m anyway!

Get em taken care of girlie! Jst let em know you're pregnant, they usually wont do anything too major until you're in your second tri though. I have to get a crown put on in April ugh

You can definitely go to the dentist while you are pregnant. (It'd be miserable if you couldn't.) The only restriction they seem to have is giving x-rays during your first trimester. I went in for a teeth cleaning at 5 weeks, and discovered that I need to get 2 cavities filled. So I've made an appointment to get those filled at 13 weeks.

I'd absolutely go, just for your wellbeing alone!
