candy idea...

A friend from church that has 4 kids says that she bags up most of the candy from trick or treating in freezer bags and stores it in the freezer until Christmas time. Then she pulls it all out for the kids to use to decorate their gingerbread houses. I thought that this was an awesome idea and just had to pass it on to somebody! :)

    I should have known that!  We just had our first trick-or-

    treaters in three years, and I had nothing but kashi 

    bars.  Oops.  (They were teenagers in crappy costumes,

    so I didn't feel toooo bad.)

    That is a good idea. ?I knew one mom who would let her kids pick one piece each and then pack up the rest and bring it to the hospital for the kids who were unable to go out.
