I have been using Cetaphil's normal to oily skin face wash. I also dab toothpaste on my pimples and then wash it off my face. I figure if you can use it in your mouth you should be able to use it on your face and it really dries out the pimples. Hope this helps.

I use Origins checks and balances. It's a little more expensive, but the only one I've found that doesn't lead to breakouts for me.
Sept 2013 started TTC#2 (never got PP period so hoping for the first egg to drop)
Jan 2014 - diagnosed POF (Premature Ovarian Failure) and told pregnancy not possible without egg donor because my ovaries would never function again with my hormone levels (FSH 136, LH 98.6, AMH <.03, estradiol 0, HCG 7) - using acupuncture, chiropractic care and TCM herbs / supplements
March 11, 2014 ovulated despite every doctors prognosis!!!
Oct 2014 hormones (FSH 48, Estradiol 89, HCG 1) not good, but heckuva lot better!
Nov. 16, 2015 FET of single adopted 5AA embryo - BFN
I use philosophy on a clear day and their oli free moisturizer. I tend to be oily so the cleanser works well but sometimes can be drying. Their oil free moisturizer is amazing and doesn't leave your face feeling gross. I've spent a pretty penny testing things out what works for me and what doesn't. Costs is moderately pricey but it goes a long way.
Mom of 3 wonderful kids! Claire (6), Alex (4), and Charlie (2). Can't wait to meet our 4th in November! Married to my best friend for 10 years this July!
Due November 14th, 2012!
I have really sensitive skin to begin with, but since becoming pregnant, it is soooo much worse! My regular face wash, which is pretty gentle, is giving me an allergic reaction or something, and I have excema all over my body. The only thing that hasn't aggravated it is baby wash, so that's what I'm using.
I've had to deal with adult acne all along though. In fact, my skin's been slightly better so far during the pregnancy than it was before. Other things I've found helpful are an oil-free moisturizer, mineral make-up, changing out pillow cases more frequently than sheets, and eating less processed foods.
I have always struggled with my skin. I have been using one by La Roche Posay (available at CVS) and then I use the moisture gel by Clinque and the tea tree oil roll-on stuff by Burt's Bees for targeted spot control. About 3 times a week I will use the Peter Thomas Roth max correction complexion pads as well. (I brought all 4 products into my OB office for my first apt to make sure they were safe, OB didn't have any worries).
It has been working pretty well for me so far, but now I want to check out the special pregnancy one a previous poster linked to. Sounds and looks great. I may give it a try!
After 2 years of TTC#1, 2 losses, & a lot of prayers, we're hoping this is it!
I use Olay Foaming Face Wash for Combination/Oily skin. Before I almost never broke out, now I just break out a little every so often. It's really not that bad. I love that I can find it in just about any store and it's not expensive.
Re: What face wash do you use?
I use Mary Kay's 3-1 Cleanser and Moisturizer. I've just recently broke out a little bit, nothing major...but I love Mary Kay's skin care!
And I have a history of major breakouts!
I'm pretty paranoid about using anything too harsh/unnatural and birth defects, etc, etc.. that being said I love this stuff

It's pricey , but it actually works and it's formulated for pregnant women..
I like Ole Henriksen's stuff .... Lots of different product lines based on skin type. They sell it at Sephora.
