Red bumps on face at night

Hello everyone, pg with my first, I am 11 weeks.  I have a question, not sure if anyone else has ever had the same issue.  I am having a seemingly healthy pregnancy, but at night around 9:00pm, my entire face breaks out in red bumps.  They aren't hives, because they aren't itchy, they in fact don't bother me physically, just wondering if anyone knows what they are or the cause?

I'm not totally sure but earlier on I had like, red rashes on my face before bed. That went away pretty quick. I'm assuming it's the hormones or something. Sorry I couldn't help you more!

Doesn't sound like it would be a common problem. If its everynight it's probably something you are doing and maybe newly allergic to? Is that the time you wash your face or maybe even brush your teeth?

Thanks everyone, not facewash, but possibly something I am eating, since it seems to happen when I am just finished eating?!

Do you happen to take your vitamins at night with food? It might be a supplement you are taking. A lot of them have "fillers" so if you just started a new pre-natal it may be one of the inactive ingredients that you are allergic to.
