I've been exhausted the whole time. I would definitely say it comes with the territory. Though it has gotten some better in the second trimester, I'm still not able to do everything I used to though. GL!
i basically have had 2 weeks where i wasn't exhausted. the first tri was def hard. a friend stop by unannounced and she looked like she saw a ghost. she was so worried about me because i looked like it'd been through war. but fear not it does get better. once the nausea goes away you'll feel human again. GL and welcome

I was completely wiped out until about 13/14 weeks. I'm still more tired than a non pregnant person, but at least I can do laundry and cook dinner now. I feel a little more normal. But I have to remind myself not to over do it now because then the Braxton hicks set in. It does get better usually, but you're gonna be tired for a while yet.

If you think you're exhausted now, wait until they're newborns. Now I miss the pregnancy version of exhaustion. Ha. But yes, it's normal.
God that's no joke!! LOL I was just a tiny bit more exhausted with my twins than my singleton, but not much. Pregnancy is just a very tiring experience - you're not only growing two babies but a new organ (or two depending on what kind of twins you have). Do you know if they are mo/di or di/di?

I was absolutely exhausted probably up until 10 or 11 weeks. I could barely stay awake at work and i was going to bed not too much after dinner.
I am still tired but definitely not as exhausted as before
congrats on the twins

After the first trimester it got so much better for me. I had awful "morning" sickness--all day nausea and vomiting from weeks 5-13ish. I was pretty sleepy and was always ready for bed about 7/8 pm, which is a big change from my normal bedtime around 11. However, once I got into the second trimester I felt like Super Woman! I felt great! There were days I actually caught myself thinking about going for a run and I am SO not a runner. I still feel really good most days, but I don't feel like I have super powers anymore.
When I started reading about twin pregnancies, I had been terrified I would go from ridiculous morning sickness to ridiculously uncomfortable. I have been pleasantly surprised at how long of a second trimester honeymoon period I have had so far. You might be surprised as well. Good luck!

Fraternal girls born at 35+4. Slow down baby girls!!
I'm 6w2d and feel the exact same way. Just completely wiped out. I teach and on my plan hour today I put my head in my hands and leaned over a book so if someone walked by they would think I was reading, but really I was napping! Oops..haha.This is my first pregnancy so I don't have anything to compare it to. All my friends that have had singletons said they were completely wiped out too, but I wonder how much more so we are since we have two little parasites instead of one
I feel ya girl!
