AF after IVF

well, I just realized today is day 25 of my cycle and that would explain the AF type cramps I had yesterday and today.. 
I'm trying not to totally count myself out yet however.. just wondering.. for those of you who did unfortunately have a BFN after ivf.. did AF show at her normal scheduled time?
the progesterone supps never stopped it for me so I'm assumign the PIO shots may not either... my beta isnt until Wednesday but AF would be due Sunday or Monday..
