I've been researching different types of CD's.
I recently came across the Trend Lab CD with the microfiber insert. It snaps on top of the diaper instead of as an insert. I was also intrigued because they have gender specific insert.
Some of the reviews stated that microfiber is bad for baby's skin. Does anyone have advice about this? Does anyone use the Trend Lab CD's? If so, what do you and don't you like about them?
Thanks!
Re: Microfiber
No, microfiber should not go next to baby's skin. Trend Lab is very aware of this and refuses to change their product and actually suggests that you go ahead and buy some fleece liners if the microfiber is irritating your baby. To answer your question - what I don't like about them...everything; the diaper itself, the company, their customer service and their business practice.
It is fleece topped MF so it should be fine to put against baby because the MF wouldn't be right against the baby.
From their website:
Fleece topped microfiber absorbs 5 times a normal towel.5 days ago their website had completely different information, including that their soaker was made completely of microfiber. They had an entire FAQ about it, which is now not there at all.
So either they changed their formula in 5 days or they changed their website content.
