I have not had any symptoms really. Never once got sick or nauseous. I guess my boobs got a little sore but it wasn't enough for me to really take notice. The only real symptom I have is the belly sticking out that has never been there before.

I'm almost 9 weeks and still have almost no symptoms, other than sore boobies (which have also gotten bigger). I'm just grateful that I don't have nausea/morning sickness!
It's very common to have no symptoms (or symptoms that disappear, or come and go). From what I understand there is no reason to worry unless you also start feeling terrible pains and bleeding. So far I only had symptoms for 2-3 weeks (and they were extremely mild, almost hard to tell anything was different than normal) and now they're gone.

I'm 10 weeks and mine have seemed to disappear too, but during my 5th to 8th weeks I had very sore boobs and nipples (it killed when I took off my bra at night) and I had m/s every morning having to eat a half sleeve of crackers before draggin my butt outta bed...but once I hit my 9th week that was it for symptoms and it made me quite nervous..had my ultrasound today and everything is good
I wouldn't worry so much, I know easier said than done but you will feel better once you have your ultrasound Good luck xo
I haven't had any m/s or sore boobs or darkening of the nipples. I didn't feel any fatigue until 10 weeks, then it hit me pretty hard. I was super constipated for awhile, but it seems to be going away now (knock on wood). I don't have much of an petite though. I think everyone is different.
I never had sore breasts, morning sickness...I worried too, but now looking back I am very happy that I had it that way. You still may get it... I think sometimes it may kick in around 6 weeks?
