So I think we're almost settled on the name "Lilah" for our little girl (it's the only one both me and DH can agree on). However, we still can't settle on a middlename? Suggestions? Help? (I don't really have a particular "style" for middlenames.. Just thought a 3 syllable name might sound nice since our last name is 2 syllables and maybe something that doesn't end with an "a"?) Thank you!
Re: Middle name for "Lilah"
How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?
BFP-2/25/11; 8 Wk U/S-3/25/11-No HB, measured 6.5 wks; D&C
Lilah is pretty. I also like a one-syllable MN for a 2-syl FN and LN.
Faith ?
My niece is Lyla Mae...I like a one-syllable name with Lilah/Lyla, too.
I also like Lilah Genevieve, Lilah Joanne, and Lilah Catherine.
I like this option.
Also, Lilah Genevieve.
Thank you for the suggestions! I'm definately adding some of these to my list. I especially like the sound of Lilah Vivian and Lilah Josephine.. Some of you mentioned a one syllable mn. Now that I think of it, that could probably work nicely too.. I guess the reason I first thought to go with 3 syllables is because there are so many 2 syllable names and I didn't think it would "flow" as well with a 2 syllable mn.. but I can see how 1 syllable mn can work as well... I'm hoping for something not very popular though..
Lilah Marie
Lilah Ranee
Lilah Christine
Lilah Katherine
Lilah Elizabeth
Lilah Rose (1 syllable but I think it sounds pretty with Lilah)
Our friends daughters name is Lyla Rae-1st name spelled a little differently than you have it. Think that flows nicely too. I really like Lilah Rose of the names suggested..
