Epic sore throat...question about Tylenol

Hey guys,

 I have been battling a pretty nasty sore throat all week and have been doing my best to get by on lemon and honey hot water but i'm dying for some pain killers... the dr said no more than 300mg at time so I took some this AM and it definitely helped the pain a little but .... is it okay to take two doses in one day? 

might be a silly question but this is the first sickness I've had while "with child"

Yes, as long as you follow the dosing guidelines you will be fine.

yes! I had a horrible cold, sore throat, fever, last weekend and I took it every 6 hrs.

Yup dr told me to just follow the dosage on bottle. I was told I can also use the non-alchohol cloroseptic spray for your throat as well. Mine just went away.

I had a severe sinus infection so I was on antibiotics and i was taking 2 Tylenol every 4-6 hours for a few days.  You can also take just basic Robitussin.  Ask a pharmacist because they changed the bottles so they had to show me which one was the basic one.
