When can I wear white pants?

I have two pairs of white maternity pants that I want to wear to work. 

I'm thinking the after memorial day rule doesn't apply.  I'm thinking end of April/ beginning of May.  

 The are summery pants - not wintery.

I've never heard of after Memorial Day. Ive always heard Easter. But I say first day of Spring!!! I have comfy white pants that I can't wait to wear also!!

I'm a Southern girl who strictly follows the "white rule" if you will.  lol... Easter Sunday is when you bust out your whites.   That being said, a lot of Southern women don't follow that rule simply because it gets warm so early in the South.  Do what you want to do... I won't judge, I just won't be following suit until Easter.

I have always heard the memorial day also, not Easter. But hey that makes it sooner and I have a cute pair of white pants and 2 pairs of white capri's I am dying to wear!

I'd wait until Easter but it's been drummed into me for so long that I would be really uncomfortable in them earlier than that.

Easter might be a bit soon if you live somewhere further north, though, just because it wouldn't be warm enough but it's generally plenty warm by Easter to wear them here. Heck, it was like 80 out here today.

I was 40 here today and cloudy/rainy. I am jealous of your warm weather! I miss summer so much.

Where whatever you want whenever you want to. If they're summer pants, I'd suggest wearing them when it's not cold outside. 

I always have and will always continue to wear whatever I feel like wearing. When I'm not pregnant that's usually a pair of jeans and a unisex band shirt. If someone doesn't like it, they're free to wear something else.

I agree with the "wear whatever you want, whenever you want" crowd. I love seeing people in winter white- it looks refreshing.

Of course, I probably wouldn't wear linen in winter because I'd be too cold or heavy wool in summer because I'd be too hot, but your style should dictate the color you wear, not some random rule created by some stranger a long time ago.

I keep to the Memorial Day through Labor Day rule with white pants/skirts/dresses/shoes. But even my mother thinks I'm being old fashioned. Oh well.

That rule went out years ago. Just take a look at your fashion magazines/runway shows/etc.

I did a magazine shoot last winter and it was FULL of white!

That rule is outdated. Wear what you want

I wouldnt wear floral in the dead of winter, but you catch my drift!
