glad you got good news. to make you feel better, i gained 3 lbs in 2 weeks between 32 and 34 weeks. So don't feel bad - and besides, a lb a week is normal.
Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months.
Good news! 4 pounds in one month is a reasonable weight gain too. Nothing to feel bad about.
DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
At my 34 week appt, doc informed me I had gained 5lbs in 2 weeks, bringing my grand total to 40. Perhaps I should put down the Snickers bar and get back on the treadmill
Re: 32 week Dr. appt today. Good news: Baby is head down
awesome! i wish my dr. would give me this kind of info!

I'd take the weight for that good news - Congrats!
Seriously... my doc gently urged me to go for "the 1 lb side of the 1-2lbs a week" gain guidelines (I've been steadily on the 2 lbs/week track).
And just 'cause I love bubble bursting... at 32 weeks, your lil second coming still has plenty of time to flip back into bad positioning :P
GREAT news.
Try 4 pounds in a WEEK!
