Cloth Diapering

Rec your CD detergent

other than Tide (I know a lot of people use it) :) I just ordered my first batch of Rockin' Green (method isn't working for us anymore) and I'd love to see what other brands I should look into!

  • Well it's a very individual thing, whatever works best in your routine of course, but for me, I loved Rockin Green for about 9 months before I started having issues with it and it didn't perform as well as it used to. I've been using Country Save for 3 months now and absolutely love it so far.

  • I really like my arm&hammer sensitive skin. Plus it's so cheap! Here's the chart I used:

  • Here is a pretty popular list: https://www.pinstripesandpolkadots.com/detergentchoices.htm

I use Tiny Bubbles with great success.  I bought the case online from costco super cheap (per load).  We also use it on our baby clothes and bedding.

This. I kept noticing the Rockin Green wasn't rinsing out very well and we were getting more leaks. I heard they changed the formula, so now I have country save to test out.

  • I've pretty much tried them all.  The one that works the best for us is Tiny Bubbles.  All the others led to buildup and stink issues.

  • I make my own. I've only used it for prepping diapers so far but I do like it!
