I've heard just a little about this book, but enough to make me want to read it. I would love to hear anyone else's experience with the book. We are 14 months into TTC and would love to excersize every option before surgery. Thanks!
I'm confused. Do you have a diagnosis? There are tons of options that don't require surgery. And honestly, I'm not even sure what type of surgery you mean.
I can tell you that Taking Charge of Your Fertility is a great book if you want to learn about your body and cycle.
After more than 2 years of fertility treatments, FET did the trick!
IVF March 2012 - BFP! - Severe OHSS = 8 days in the hospital in kidney failure
No heartbeat at 10w6d
FET August 27,2012 = BFP!
It's a boy! My Blog - 3 Dogs, No Baby
I read this book....and found it to be helpful. I didn't buy into the idea that it would help me get pregnant within three months....as much as I wanted to. So whatever you do...don't read it for that reason. It has a lot of personal experiences from their patients, which I liked. There's a lot of tips and things...to help increase your chances. Basically, it was a good book for learning more about your body. A lot of things depend on your diagnosis...so some of things in the book could help you, or not.

Any book that promises conception success in three months is full of shyt.
Also, the author is an RE and does not report his successes/failures to SART, which makes me think all kinds of unsavory things about him.
