Engorged and Leaky

I didn't have this problem until a week or so after DD#1 was born. My breasts are engorged and very leaky. Not just colostrum. This is so weird to me. I can't find much info on Google regarding engorgement during pregnancy.

Has anyone else had this happen? I feel like I need to release it by pumping but I know that will cause contractions. I've also read different theories on whether to put warm compress or cold compress.

No I have not had this issue until my baby was born obviously.  Do not pump even though you feel engorged and uncomfy this will lead to contractions. Hang in there. You can use warm compresses it helps.
