Do any of you ladies do anything special to care for them? The directions say to just wash and dry on low heat. Put is the temp of the wash important? And I think I read somewhere that dryer sheets and cloth nursing pads were a no-no (it would eventually make them repel liquid). Any suggestions? Because I really want to start using them!

I wash with the baby clothes. All free detergent on delicate. I do not dry them. I lay them on the counter. When I dried overnight ones by accident, they misshape.
