Cutest Old Man EVER!!

I finally hauled my as$ out the door today to go to this?upholstery?place down the road from me. ?I get there and see this cute little old man. ?I get out of my car and he grins and says "Well aren't you cute. ?I bet you are half way there! ?Is she due in March?" ? Ok that was a little spooky but cute. ?I have NEVER met this man before in my life and he guessed when I was due and that I was having a girl. ?He also told me it was obvious that it was a girl and he didn't need a fancy machine to tell him that. Lol?

Then after fussing over me for about ten minutes he took my coat made me sit and said, "You look a little pale. ?Mark my words. ?Two days before you go into labour your lips will go dark red and that stuffy nose you have had for a couple of weeks now will finally go away." ? I will be interested to see if he is right!?

Then after I waffled over a couple of samples he said "You said you just lived down the road? ?If you promise to bring me the books back before Monday you can take these home. ?He then filled the back of my car with swatch books. ?I will be watching HGTV for the rest of the day flipping through swatches. ?I am so excited. ?

Aw, he sounds like an absolute doll.

BTW, I can think of no better way to spend the afternoon than flipping through swatches and watching HGTV. Sounds heavenly. Gotta love the nesting instinct.

It's so amazing how elderly men know so much about pregnancies and younger men now in days have no clue. If you ask our dads or husbands about what they think we are having they won't have a clue. I thing back then man were more involved in the pregnancies of their wifes
