After the Douchey-ness that was my afternoon (with a relative of DH's commenting on my facebook page I should try some Pope-approved method of conception for intertility that is nothing more than BBT, CM, etc. as it's "more ethical" that ART) I need a good stiff drink and some comfort food. Sooooo.....
What's for dinner?
Any Weekend Plans?

Re: WFD / Weekend plans / drink of choice tonight
DH just called and said I should call the neighbors and see if they want to head down to the local watering hole tonight! I cannot say no to that!! I have recently started drinking whipped vodka with root beer. Its delicious and I think I will partake in a couple of those this evening! Tomorrow we have to head to Iowa for a wedding reception (they were married in Mexico).
Hope you have a great weekend hon!!
What's for dinner? We're having tuna casserole(since it's Lent) but I almost feel like eating meat out of spite to the woman who pissed me off (not that she'd see me and not that it matters since I am not catholic like DH is).
Any Weekend Plans? Nope. I have to work this weekend but tonight is bowling night so off to drink away my pissy mood.
What is your drink of choice if you will be drinking tonight? I always have Miller Lite or Blue Moon on Fridays but I'm thinking it might be a need for something stronger for my first drink of the night. I'm thinking rum and coke...(only because the bowling alley does not make good margarita's).

Dinner -- Heading over to a friend's house which DH somehow convinced me to do in the midst of stims. Don't know what we'll be having but I'm bringing a cheese platter (including some I made myself)!
Drinking -- Blood orange sparkler. Really wish I could have some wine or something alcoholic, but instead I'll be answering questions about why I'm not drinking! Yay. (Can you tell how excited I am to go out to dinner? I love and miss this friend and haven't seen her in a year... but really, DH, while I'm bloated and uncomfortable and can't drink, and will have to shoot myself up in the car right before we go in to her house?)
Weekend plans -- Monitoring appointment tomorrow morning, and then probably lying around feeling sorry for my bloated uncomfortable bruised up self! I'm such a bundle of fun right now it's a wonder DH hasn't moved out!

DH and I are having fruit/cheese/bread/olive tray for dinner and are already just about through with a bottle of Urban Ribera red wine. Delish! We finally told his mom about our struggles and got -the same- speech. And an added suggestion to start praying more.
And she wonders why we waited years to tell her?!
Hope your night gets better!

Wine is the drink of choice something from Argentina or chile. We did simple for dinner since we did Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner last night.
It's rainy and cold here, not really complaining since we seriously we need the rain, but that means I won't be doing much outside this weekend. DH has to guide a youth turkey hunt tomorrow so I will probably finish the quilt I am working on.
Dinner: tuna steaks
Drinking: Girl Scout cookie martinis
Plans: Monitoring appointment in the morning!
Dinner: Went to Mimis (the mini chocolate dessert is amazing)
Drink: Strawberry lemonade that could have used more sweetness
Weekend plans: DH and I are at Disneyland to staff a scavenger hunt.

Holy. Cow. If someone posted something like that on my FB....there would be wrath unleashed, for sure. Maybe not publicly, but certainly directly at that individual.
In any case, last night I went out with DH and my parents to an awesome restaurant downtown that's all based on locally sourced ingredients -- essentially high end comfort food. Amazing! Then we went to see West Side Story, the latest Broadway show in town (pretty good -- but nothing like Wicked!)
My drink of choice last night was probably one too many beers.
They were delicious draft IPAs, however -- and I'm paying for a bit this AM, but still worth it!
With this super nice weather they're forecasting this weekend -- I'm thinking we'll be taking the dogs on some nice long walks both today and tomorrow.
