Revitalization Areas Downtown...

I know there are many areas that are being revitalized. Are there any specific streets, etc. that I can look for houses on? Or what are the areas that they are revitalizing? thanks!

    I don't know what neighborhoods these actually are but both Delaware and New Jersey streets have had a lot of revitalization in the last few years.

    I highly recommend Herron-Morton Place - there's a ton of revitalization in the area and people are building houses on the vacant lots in the neighborhood.
