Rasberry Tea. Tell me what brand you like

Hi All,

 

I am about 32 weeks and have read such great things about drinking rasberry tea during pregnancy. Plus my mom drank it with all her pregnancies and had the best experiences.

 

Can you please tell me which brand you like the best if you have tried it? There are so many out there to choose from!

I've been drinking Traditional Medicines Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea.  Make sure it's Raspberry LEAF tea.  It's different than Raspberry Tea.

Exactly, make sure it's Raspberry LEAF tea. Raspberry flavored tea is just ordinary herbal tea and wont do anything for you (like tone your uterus muscles, which is what Raspberry Leaf tea is thought to do). 

I got mine at a health food store, but forget the brand (it was in my last pregnancy).

I would strongly advise against the raspberry leaf tea. The purpose of it is to help your uterus really "work".  I drank 2-3 cups a day with DS#1 and I had the most horrendous labor...my body contracted to no end and it was miserable. The second time I skipped the tea and let my body do what it should on its own...much better.

I think there is a misconception on here that drinking the tea will help you go into labor...not the case.
