my favorite so far has been the "what to expect" app.
Severe endo & fibroids, IVF #1 BFP with twins, Gabriel Mark (5/20/12) & Zachary David (5/24/12)- said goodbye to my two angels at 17 weeks due to pprom.
I like the Pampers "hello baby" app, it shows the weekly progression of your little one and how it's developing, what you can expect that week in your pregnancy. It also shows the baby actual size on the iPad.
I reeeeeally like my BabyCenter Pregnancy app. I have a Droid, so not sure if it works for the iPhone too, but I would recommend it! In each week of pregnancy, there's a different "theme" for each day - your baby, your body, Health, is it safe, this week's activity, nutrition, for you/belly laugh. When you click on it, it gives a paragraph on the particular topic of the day. It also has videos thrown in there that are pretty informative. I like it a lot!

I like Sprout and iPregnancy. iPregnancy isn't as pretty as some of the others, but it has SO MANY FEATURES. Tracks your BP, baby's heart rate, and notes for each doc appointment. A weight tracker that gives you low/average/high gain rates in comparison to your own BMI. 2d and 3d pics by week, as well as a way to create a slideshow of your own bump. It's not quite as pretty as Sprout, but it holds a lot more info.
I tried baby center, the bump's app, what to expect, baby bump and sprout. Sprout is by far my favorite - I like that it has what to expect at doctor's appointments, suggested questions to ask, weekly and daily baby & body info.

I have this on my iPhone and like it too.
I have 4 different apps right now because I'm crazy.
1. BabyCenter "My Pregnancy"
2. What to Expect
3. Sprout
4. BabyBump
They all have free versions so I have no problem checking them all out.
I actually paid for Sprout. It has the best graphics.
This.
I have all of these with the exception of babybump, I like all of them but I like Sprout the best.
