Does anyone use any small types of diaper bags/cases for quick trips?

I recieved this as a gift.  I can fit about 2 CD's in it.  I think it would work, the only thing I don't know about is the wet bag.  Do I just fold it up in there, and then carry both bags separately if I change a diaper? 

If you use something like this, do you still bring a big diaper bag and keep it in the car with the change of clothes, etc.  If that's the case, is it just easier to carry the bigger bag in the first place?  I feel like so much of what I pack is "just in case" but I really don't want to be stranded without it.

I thought I would like the Pronto, but I still haven't found a use for it. I use my Vera Bradley Tote as both a purse and a diaper bag - so far, we haven't been out with baby for more than 4 or 5 hours, so I bring:

An extra footed sleeper

2 AIO diapers + 5 or 6 wipes

1 small peri bottle filled with water

1 medium wetbag

Small flannel receiving blanket and 1 prefold to lay DS on to change him

Something to use as a burp cloth (typically a Gerber prefold) 

When he gets bigger and we need sippy cups and toys, I'll need to find another solution, but this is working out fine for me! So far, the Pronto's changing pad is just finding use as a second changing area in my master bedroom!
