are cramps a good or bad sign?

Its 7dp5dt. I have had weird cramps on an off, am bloated and exhausted like no other, and have enormous sore boobs since Thursday. I am on PIO and estrogen patches so Im not sure what is the meds and what could be real. Im trying not to go crazy and get excited but I just feel weird. Really weird. Can anyone help figure out what would be normal for PIO and estrogen patches and what could be early signs of pregnancy? I tested at 5dp5dt and got a BFN but it was way too early to test...I dont have the guts to test again since I was absolutely crushed a few days ago...my beta on Tuesday cant come soon enough.

PIO can definitely make you feel crampy.  Although, some women also feel cramps alongside implantation.  With everything that our bodies go through it is really hard to tease out pregnancy symptoms from those related to meds and procedures, especially in the very early stages.

Hi there, I'm on the same protocol as you.. PIO and patches, my first beta is also on Tuesday.  I've had some cramping as well and was a little concerned, so I called my RE office and they said it was normal and could be caused by the PIO.  Try not to worry, and don't get discouraged.  Trying to keep my mind on other things until Tuesday... GL to you! I'll be checking in with you to see your results on Tues and to share my own.. FX for both of us

I had cramps my one failed cycle, and no cramps the other failed cycle.  It could be from the PIO.  I'm sorry this doesn't help, but best of luck!

I had cramps on all 6 of my BFN cycles for my IUIs and for my BFP IVF cycle so it's really hard to interpret what could be going on in there. Hang in there!
