ChaCha is a texting service where people can call or text questions into ChaCha and someone (A guide, like me!) answers the question on their computer, performing a search to get the info. You get paid per answer. You can work as little or as much as you want, any time of the day or night. I generally work after E has gone to be for a few hours in the evening, while watching TV. I am actually ChaCha-ing right now!
