My LO is right at 21 lb and the medium rise of the BG 4.0's was getting small and we had our first CD blowout the other day, so I moved him up to the largest rise (the BG website says 22-35 lb, so he wasn't far off and the fit seems great now). Anyway, I'm starting to become really nervous that these OS diapers are not going to actually fit until potty-training.
Anyone else with a big baby have any reassuring words? Or maybe what you had to do? I am thinking if I have to have more stash I'd go with prefolds and covers for cost...but our DC would insist on pockets or AIO's...would I need extra large ones? Any XL recommendations? I think (hope!!) we'll still have awhile at this largest rise, and I know as he gets more mobile his weight gain will slow a bit, but it does make me nervous to be at the largest rise for the bulk of our stash at *just* 6 months!
TIA
Re: Big Baby (6 months & on highest BG OS rise)
I've had DS on the biggest rise of his Kawaii since about 6 months. He's not even that big - they just fit best that way. And now it's nearly 4 months later, and he's fine. They sort of change shape as they go.
If you do need a bigger diaper, Fuzzibunz Large or another sized diaper on Large is typically bigger than a OS.

Thank you! This is reassuring (which is what I hoped for
).
I love the perfect fit FB and blueberry pockets, and we have a few of those too. We just have many BG 4.0's too for daycare use, and I would be bummed if he wasn't using them for quite awhile longer.
Thanks again
