Travel, Placenta Previa, 35 weeks?

Ok, so I go for a follow up sono next week to see if the placenta previa has corrected itself since my 18 week a/s.  My dr never put me on pelvic rest and I've had no bleeding, just BHs. 

My work needs me to reschedule a mandatory training that was going to happen this month.  The new date of the training will be at 34w6d, so basically 35 weeks.  I'll be driving 4-4.5 hours one evening, sitting in class for 7 hours the next day, and driving back afterwards.  All travel will be by myself. 

My doctor had originally said I could do any travel I wanted up to 36 weeks.  Has anyone had their travel restrictions moved up due to marginal or partial placental previa?  This is the only thing that has been discovered or changed with the pregnancy since he gave the original cut off of 36 weeks. 

I'll verify next week at my appt after the sono, but work's asking for an answer now.

I didn't have any travel restrictions, but then again that was at 29 weeks.  Now that I had my re-check and my previa is still there, I didn't ask about travel (I have no travel plans)  I was immediately put on pelvic rest at 19 weeks.  I would call you doctor and see what he says. 

 

I do know that my doctor said he is putting me on maternity leave at 36 weeks.
