I've been putting off buying new curtains for the living room but now that the furniture looks way better, we need to get new curtains. Wow, curtains are freaking expensive! I looked at Kohls, JCP, and Walmart online and I just need them for 3 windows, which are pretty standard size. Where have you found affordable curtains? I definitely need curtains, we're on a main road in town and have sheers underneath as well.
Oh and I need rods too since the old ones are attached to the old curtains.
Re: nbr: affordable window coverings
I've had good luck in the past at Target for both curtains and rods.
ETA: Do you have a Boscov's? Ours has a really good selection at decent prices.
Pottery Barn had a great thick basic curtain that we have at every window for $35 for the basic floor length. They have a ton of colors, well like 7 but I think it's a lot. They really help keep the cold out and the heat out too even though they aren't insulated.
