How do you clean your bath baby doll?

After a month of nightly baths, I'm wondering how I am supposed to keep the inside clean-it has holes in the feet and crotch, but I'm sure there is stuff growing inside.

I don't know what a bath baby doll is. Is that just a regular toy baby doll that goes with your DD in the bath?
