Hi Ladies, It's been awhile since I've been on The Bump. After months of trying after m/c, I've decided I needed a break. So here I am. Hope you ladies don't mind me jumping back in. I have a question about working out during the 2WW...I started doing the elliptical and 30 day Shred by Jillian Michaels in early January and I love it. Should I continue doing it during the 2WW?Opinions are greatly appreciated! Hope you all are doing well!!
