Protein in urine after 24hr collection

My BP has been steadliy rising over the last month or so. On Monday the doctor suggested to do a 24 urine collection and sure enough my protein count was 323. The nurse called and I am scheduled for an ultrasound and to be on the monitor on Monday. I asked if LO will be good to wait that long and she said yes! So is having the high blood pressure and protein in urine more stress on me than LO? I just know that from now until 1:30 Monday I will be a worried mess.

First thank you ladies. My BP was 140/86 last time. I will definately read up on information. Do you think I should call tomorrow and see if I can get in earlier than Monday or just leave the appt as is?

i would just leave the apt as is.  If your doctor thought it was a major issue she/he would have scheduled it earlier or given you more instruction (like bed rest).  Just try to say calm until Monday! I know it will be hard - but you can do it!

Ok, I think I just needed some extra reassurance that the dr knows best. Thank you!
