Next apt at 16 weeks? Gender?

What is the earliest moms on here have found out the gender of their baby?? My appt is next thursday and I will be 16 weeks. So far my doctor has done ultrasounds every visit and even gave me a 3d/4d picture last time without asking. I think the ultrasound system they use is very good and current. I wonder if they will be able to tell me the sex of the baby? has any of you all found out at 16 weeks??

I found out at 14wks6days via a vaginal ultrasound. It was a straight crotch shot. So, I am pretty certain of the gender.

I saw the girl parts at 16 weeks, I had an u/s due to Ob not being able to find heartbeat during my check up.

I asked the tech if she could look and she got a great shot, very clear and bright 3 lines and a bright spot. She wouldn't call it 100% but said she would if she had to, I go back for my 20 week in a few weeks and will get a confirmation.

I had an appointment yesterday, but my anatomy scan is not scheduled until three weeks from today.  All they did yesterday was ask how I was feeling, have me pee in a cup, take my BP & weight, and let us listen to the HB for the first time via Doppler.
