T&Ps needed please (XP from FB)

I could really use some T&Ps for my mom. She's a stage 4 breast and ovarian cancer patient and she has been battling off and on for the last 18 years, although consistently for the last 9 or 10. She's had a really hard time finding a treatment that works for her for the last year or so and it looks like she is about ready to give up on treatment. She will decide after her next round of chemo based on her side-effects vs what her counts are doing, but it sounds like she has decided she's had enough. I don't blame her in the least and I knew this day was coming, but I'm so not ready for it.

Any good thoughts, prayers or anything else you can send her would be very much appreciated.
