They will come and go. I had back labor and it started as a constant back ache, but then became more timeable. It will definitely have a start and stop, at least mine did. GL!
I had back labor with both deliveries... It's quite hard (IMO) to time them. I waited about 2 hours and then headed to the hospital. I would HIGHLY recommend getting in the jacuzzi bathtub i fthey have one (the jets hitting your back work really well)--I also found walking to help (until the pain gets too bad). I started vomiting from the pain and then I got an epideral=works miracles!
