Flushed insert + diaper sprayer= BIG MESS

Over a month ago, DH accidentally flushed a full-sized BG insert.  Tonight he tried to install the diaper sprayer.  I'm not sure exactly what happened, but between the overflowing toilet and our shower filling up from the drain, it was a less than fun experience.  Thank goodness our next door neighbor is some sort of handyman and came over and helped fix it all.  It was a 2 hour ordeal and the diaper sprayer was very sadly rendered useless.

    Did you guys end up getting the insert OUT!  I'm sorry the sprayer isn't working :( ...is the insert out!! That's all I can think of sorry!

    No- sadly the insert is long gone.  It was somewhere in our pipes and the change in pressure I guess shot it into the main pipe.  REALLY hoping it doesn't cause any damage.
